5 Levels of Purpose

If you want to coach Little League, a noble purpose, that will teach new comers His ways then give up your afternoons.

If you want to coach High School Ball, a noble purpose, that will disciple young men and woman beyond themselves then surrender your afternoons and evenings.

If you want to coach College Ball, a noble purpose, that will prepare people for great things then surrender your afternoons, evenings and weekends.

If you want to coach the Minor Leagues, a noble purpose, that will bring joy to a city then surrender your will for the team.

If you want to coach the Major Leagues, a noble purpose, that will bring players to their best performance then surrender your life in season and out of season.
