A Good Samaritan gives when he sees someone in need. Jesus went around doing well and so should we. If our enemy is hungry give him something to eat, if he is thirsty give him something to drink. If we are asked to go a mile let's go two. In doing so we give place for God to bring judgment. It is the Church’s duty to provide the resources and the government’s job to protect the delivery.

When Jesus returns to the earth, He will complete His one world government in Jerusalem being called the Prince of Peace. He will govern the nations righteously. Until then any one world government that man creates will be brought to confusion.
